I suppose this could be a place to post your favorite and least favorite foods and some or your favorite recipes. I especially love stir frying, and taking recipes for "fake chinese food", and modifying them, replacing the western ingredients with Chinese ones (i.e Sesame Chicken that's actually flavoured with Chinese spices and not a lot of sweet sauce lmao) I also like making Vietnamese food, but despite my Viet heritage, I haven't got the chance to really make Viet food because so many of the ingredients are hard to get in America.
