Kisaki fails to release new Phantasmagoria Best-Of

Recommended Posts

Kisaki just tweeted that a new Mago collection album will be released on August 31st, released through Lorelei Entertainment. It is a remastering album, so all of the songs, in theory, should sound cleaner than previous releases.

I believe 8/31 is the 10 year anniversary from when they broke up the 1st time, so that’s probably why the album art is a skull.

*UPDATE*: the album's canceled due to production issues.

Again? Just let this band rest in peace

No, but this time it’s different!

Its REMASTERED  (◡‿◡✿)

Also, I specifically worded it as “Kisaki is releasing...” because I highly doubt any of the other 5 people who were in this group at some point even know it’s happening (except maybe Riku). As we learned from Kyouhei, miss thing doesn’t need to ask nor inform any artists involved when she makes a new ¢oll£ction or omnibu$

released through Lorelei Entertainment

is it his own new company, or he simply sold the entire UCP warehouse stock to someone in the biz and filled a bankruptcy for the actual label?

for real though, at this rate there will come a time when these guys legit will have more ''best of'' compilations than actual original songs

If only he'd release compilations of matina bands with scattered/hard to get material...

https://vk.gy/releases/omnibus/3171/matina-20th-anniversary-memorial-cd-rare-track-collectionz/

All three of these are great. The 2007 one has a really solid selection, and the 'demo tape' one has a huge amount of rare stuff in great quality.  The 20th anniversary one has a good mix of good tracks and rare tracks--and it's the only one you can reliably buy anymore.

I also highly recommend this DVD if you're looking for live footage: https://vk.gy/releases/omnibus/6764/lorelei-bootleg-dvd-series-vol-2-matina-presents-1999-1999-5-23-shibuya-on-air-east-2nd-press/ There's another with great Madeth gray'll footage as well: https://vk.gy/releases/omnibus/6765/lorelei-bootleg-dvd-series-vol-3-osaka-rock-summit-1999-12-29-osaka-big-cat/
