nishinoya 1 Posted March 7, 2017 Hello~ I'm trying to get my old account back, the email address associated with it was closed due to inactivity so I cannot reset my password, who can I talk to about changing the email address associated with that account so I can reset the password? nick 10212 Posted March 7, 2017 Admins and SysOps can change the email associated with your old account for you. Date of birth is publicly visible so it can't be used as a proof. PM me (or other admin) with your old email and a new one to switch to, and if the old one matches any existing account, we may consider changing the email for you. PS. Use a larger font size plz.
