Zeus 7997 Posted May 15, 2016 He's a core part of their sound! I wonder if Sono can find anyone talented enough to fill his shoes. Any stated reason for departure? 1 clow_eriol reacted to this

ShanethVarosa 1209 Posted May 15, 2016 This is incredibly shocking, he is insanely talented and possibly the best part of this band the way it stands. I mean sure they can continue activities but it'll never be the same again.
Bunny 1140 Posted May 15, 2016 I can smell the disbandment ....
doombox 4421 Posted May 15, 2016 Yeah, this doesn't bode well. : | Then again I haven't been into them in a while some maybe some fresh blood will be interesting if they choose to continue.
Yuuko 76 Posted May 15, 2016 That's sad news, he's a fantastic guitarist. I haven't been into them for a long time either however. I'd be interested to hear how different they'd sound with a new guitarist, though I also wouldn't be at all surprised if this disbands them. Good luck to them! Maybe Sizna will join and jazz it up? Haha.
Pretsy 1343 Posted May 15, 2016 Either a ) disbandment or b ) they will find someone else from Anzi's guitar circles (since has some prominent friends from non-vk metal scene)
emmny 4139 Posted May 15, 2016 he's an AMAZING guitarist, his spot will be missed eitherway.

Scarlet Obsidian 383 Posted May 15, 2016 I come home from work and I find this...totally unexpected! Anzi is astonishingly good, so I will miss him a lot
Ada Suilen 652 Posted May 15, 2016 That's bad... Matenrou Opera's sound will change inevitably imo, is hard to find a skilled guitarist like him
tetsu_sama69 1119 Posted May 16, 2016 Wow, that's a pretty serious blow to the band overall. I wonder what he will move onto or perhaps he wants to work closer with Kamijo.
ruki11 965 Posted May 16, 2016 I don't want to imagine how will matenrou opera become. Maybe those bands active a long time with original member is a miracle.(really a small amount)
chris 31 Posted May 16, 2016 this is depressing.. i was really hoping to see them live again sometime but i guess it won't be the same without him..

Vercingetorix 185 Posted May 16, 2016 Well if there's one thing Japan doesn't lack, it's capable metal guitarists. Seems safe to assume they'll be fine. Now, if it was Yuu leaving, that would be different.
