Syncl question (playing song without a license)

Hello,

Long, tedious story made slightly shorter. I wanted to buy this song which was only available for download from syncl (http://www.syncl.jp/). I used Mukunoki since I assume it wasn't possible for me to buy it otherwise. Everything went fine and he sent me a link to download the song. I downloaded the song, BUT whenever I try to play it, it asks for a license basically. From what I gather, I don't think I'll be able to play the song on my computer. I suppose only Mukunoki could play it on his own computer, which doesn't help me much!

Are there any ways around this license? Or anyway to solve this situation in general?

Well if Mukunoki can play it what he can do is record the song using Audacity and then send it to you. Sure it would be (slightly) lower quality but it would work and you wouldn't have a license problem.

That's about all I can think of.

Can't he just edit it in Audacity instead and save it in a different folder, then send it to you?
