4chan vs. tumblr

Recommended Posts

What's the point of it? So if they succeed it will be down for a few hours (what's tumblr anyway? And why was it singled out?), and then the poeple will have fixed it and life goes on, such as it is.

What a waste of time and human resources.

indeed. tumblr is sanctuary

i never feel comfort to do some blogging before tumblr

no one gonna jump your throat out of nowhere for thing you posted there

the rules of thumb there is clear, "don't like it, don't bitch, just click unfollow"

the target audience are so much diverse than lj

got some yumm-tastic recipes there which i liked, cos i like to cook

some creative and astonishing pictures, which is not of idols, etc etc etc

and i can go on and on, but i better stop here

4chan just got too much time on their hands

i just wonder, why can't they working it for wanking their lonely dicks?

Tumblr in a nutshell: One user posts a picture. Ten thousand people "reblog" the same picture. The cycle continues.

Is it true that it is like an unholy power combination of Twitter, LiveJournal, Flickr, formspring, and YouTube?

4chan got butthurt over alleged 'meme stealing'

I thought the whole point of a meme was that people copy it. :wat:

exactly. That's why it's getting more ridiculous
