Revivals galore! (1996~2003 | 2012) La'Mule were a pretty influential band from the late 90's that I know has a fairly large fanbase here, which has me surprised that there wasn't already an artist thread for them. They're mostly known for their bloody costumes and catchy melodies, although their first and last looks were much more subdued than what I usually associate with their name. Their album CLIMAX is often considered one of the best albums released in the turn of the century visual-kei scene. 無玄-MUKURO- will disband after their live on 10/28 (according to the last date of their live schedule) as Dr.千明 (chiaki) will depart. Basically what the note says is that Chiaki is having some family problems. To be more specific, his father just got laid off, his mother is ill from overworking, his brother has a learning disability, and Chiaki himself was diagnosed with bipolar disorder in February. The family is apparently "running off somewhere", and Chiaki apologizes for "picking [his] family over the band". I wish him and the band the very best.

Guitarist Shin and drummer Keita will leave Starku. Shin, who has been absent from lives since August for medical reasons if I recall, will not be able to return. The band will be produced by GLK MUSIC, which is run by Rame (ex-Vidoll, Black Gene for the Next Scene). ZON Ba.卓美 (Takumi) will depart from the band after their live at HOLIDAY OSAKA on 10/7 due to musical differences; the band will continue with their activities.

魅裟 (Missa), which is the solo project of Insanity Injection's guitarist and main composer 魔琴(makoto), is releasing his second solo single entitled "Belphegor." Like his first single from earlier this year, "Belphegor" will be available on a plethora of digital retailers and will most likely only contain one track. The song is licensed through Malformed Maria records, which I am going to assume is a small label he made himself to distribute his solo works. The single will be released on September 15th, 2016. Band 黒鏡の教会 (Church of Black Mirror) resumed activities in 2016. They just released a digital single "Lobelia -綺麗な嘘と穢れた真実-" (Kireina uso to kegareta shinjitsu). The profits will be sent to Save the Children to help the victims of the Kumamoto earthquake. It seems there will also be a CD version. According to their biography, the band was formed in 2000 but their activities were cancelled after three months. 乙女国家 has welcomed a new member as of 2016.07.28 at their live at ikebukuro cyber. It seems Orochi will take over as drummer in the band. However, Alumi isn't leaving the band. On his twitter he says that from now on he'll be playing various instruments.
