After going through Dadaroma's discography, it hit me. People, myself included, always cry whenever they release something that is not Oboreru Sakana. The thing is, there are more than enough solid songs in their discography if you are willing to look past the Masturbations and Pornographs.

What are some of your favorites?  Any that didn't make the list?  DADAROMA has now disbanded and it was a highlight of 2020 for me being able to attend their last live with some folks from MH via youtube. Let's celebrate their life in the comments whether you're a fan or not!
 

Let's (goddammit) get the thread back on track now. I know we're all thirsty for some DIMLIM action, so we should wait patiently until the January youtube livestream. I'll be hiding any further off-topic posts for the sake of avoiding clutter 

Hello all,
Many bands have started selling tickets for "streaming concerts", that even we can access even from our non-Japanese homes. Of course there is the "Corona-related Livestreams / concert videos", but that is more about videos posted on Youtube, as a treat to fans until actual concerts can start again?
There is also the "Events" sub-forum, but it looks like it's been abandoned after the Coronovirus spread (as no one can attend events anymore).
 
In the end, maybe these "streaming lives" could deserve a topic or sub-forum of their own? Or should they be treated as "news" and announced in that forum?
 
I have to admit I rarely come here, and even more rarely post here, but I did expect to see these concerts listed somewhere here. I rarely come here, even more rarely post here, but I consider this forum as one of the very few still active sources of information for visual-kei and Jrock, so... it would make sense to find them listed somewhere? Unless I missed their topic or sub-forum?

My thoughts exactly. I watched their videos on youtube because I wanted to know why people called him Lets, and omg, I thought all the whole thing was a joke. I followed them since Chedora, but I don't know what to think anymore. They had a huge potential, but the lack of management and everything I learned while lurking this thread, well, it's too bad. And I agree, I don't see on what we're supposed to argue now, I think everything has been said.

It doesn't matter if they wanna leave vk, tons of previous vk acts have moved on outside the scene and been successful. Look at Miyavi, sure his music is questionable now but his roots were in vk and there's something special about that.  Most people here would've followed dimlim to hell and back, regardless if they carried on in vk or not.
 
The issue is that under RETSU's leadership, dimlim's reputation and image has been turned into a joke. They could've left vk and been signed under any number of other labels that would've managed their look/marketing/social media but, Mr Lets wants to be as true to his craft as possible by managing everything himself, including relations with fans (the very fans who keep this project going, who put food and clothes on their table). I don't think he has any previous experience with this and it shows. Seriously just look at what Issei did with NAZARE in less than a year, dimlim devolved violently when they had every reason to have surpassed NAZARE in popularity/numbers/whatever.
 
If you can't see what's wrong with those interview videos they released on youtube or with the lack of direction/communication that's going on currently, then I'm sorry but I can't spell it out for you more than it's already been done. I don't even know what you are arguing against/for anymore.

At the end of May, 2020, NOCTURNAL BLOODLUST finally made their comeback.
Since June, they have presented “the brand-new NOCTURNAL BLOODLUST” through their 3 consecutive single releases: “Life is Once”, “ONLY HUMAN” and “Reviver”. Finally, they have unveiled their mysterious new guitarists. This time, they welcomed the two new guitarists, Valtz and Yu-taro. At the same time, they also revealed their artist profile pictures with these new members. The two are skilled guitarists who have subtle yet technical aspects in their dynamic guitar works. The expectations for the future of NOCTURNAL BLOODLUST with their strong positive attitude, gets higher.
 
As the expectation towards their new songs gets higher, they announced that the mini album “The Wasteland” which everyone is looking forward, will be released on Dec 16, 2020.
The mini album contains a total of 6 new songs which are written by all members, although the 3 songs from the singles released so far are not included in this work.
With these new members, there is no doubt that this album will be a work in which you can fully enjoy the charm of the brand-new NOCTURNAL BLOODLUST who have made their breakthrough.
 
Moreover, they also announced that the band's very first online concert will be held in mid-December.
And declared that the concert with audience will be held in February, 2021.

Well... I've been following them since their Dice&Joker day, got all their albums/single, well almost. This is shocking, but no surprises. They should of sticked to VK. I'm glad I got their last live DVD. In 5 years of hiatus/nothingness they only released an EP... what a waste of talent imo. Pretty sad atm. Was hoping to see them release something eventually... If someone could translate their message, I would appreciate

Well hmmm. I'm just happy to see a one-day revival =O. Reminiscence, the single version, was always a favorite of mine. I still remember playing guilt trip, where Jin screams like a maniac at the end, in my car to freak people out.
