And you'd better hurry 'cause time's running out... TICK TAK, TICK TAK

If I wanted to listen to western metalcore I'd be listening to one of the n+1 western metalcore bands out there. I can't with them anymore. Meku... Like WTF. Did GALEYD die for this?! I am unable to can

Thanks! Unfortunately amazon.jp doesn't ship to where I live and TBVVVVVH I'd rather have a new copy, I don't personally like used CDs if I don't see the condition they're in first. Besides, the point was: reprint those goddamn albums everyone's been looking for, dumbasses 🤐

All I want is to have a physical copy of CHEDOARA. Sorry, I really had to get that off my chest. *shrugs*

"LET'S TALK ABOUT THE ESSENCE" How about no.
  7. Mind to translate, anyone? Please? That'd be greatly appreciated. ❤️

They undoubtably dropped the last few visual details they had in their songs. And it's no surprise: they want to appeal to the western audiences. I was expecting so much more from Meku tbh, after being jailed in Kamijo's iron grasp for years... Ps FACELESS weirdly sounds like Asking Alexandria's The Black, is it just me?
  9. More like sarcastic and done with those lame ass diva shenanigans
  10. As long as they're not selling their nails I am fine with it
  11. Excuse me, but it just doesn't make even remotely sense. Everyone is on halt and this is just a temporary measure due to covid (which is, in fact going to be beaten within months), there literally is no reason to cry about it and threatening a disbandment other than milking the fans out of fear

I only wish I could get my hands on the older albums/singles I don't own yet, but I guess physical copies from them are no more
  13. Gladly selling a kidney for DELUHI's TWO HURT - FOOL'S MATE EDITION

    My thoughts exactly...
  15. Wakarimashita

Eh, no. I'm not holding my breath.

That's Menace you are looking for. I was so surprised they graced us with some dirty shredding again. It's a great, great track. But ye, I tend to agree, although this album feels much more "old JILUKA" if you get my point.

TEN types! That's some heavy milking
  18. Ok, let's be fair: METEMPSYCHOSIS is a banger, but not as good as I was anticipating. If you take out from the equation those 3-4 tracks that stand out the most, the rest of the album sounds pretty much the same throughout its entirety. I don't mean to say it is a boring album, but it does get repetitive if you don't focus on its nuances - I found myself playing it in the background without paying attention and it was just... there?
Also I didn't really like most of the re-recordings: I despise it when the structure of the song is heavily changed. I would've really preferred a higher quality recording, not a complete rehash.

Idk about the CHEDOARA thing, but I'm sure I *hate* the new IMITATION... It's such an iconic song of theirs, why the FUCK would you tear it apart like that?!

I agree that a majority of the retakes don't quite stand up to the originals, but it's not like we can't just listen to the original any time instead. I do wish they hadn't changed up the composition so much on the older tracks though, a cleaner take of The Dead Sea and Mistake would have been awesome. I'm interested to see how Hunger turns out on the White edition.

I feel like Kagami is the one who did vocal melody in the original imitation so he just let the new members deconstruct and rebuild on it and while I like some remade parts (drum machine in the 2nd half goes in lbr), it just doesn't have the same cohesion anymore.

everything else is upgrade for me, the album itself is a bit too straightforward, like they intentionally didn't deviate too much with song stucture. even with that, some songs sound way more VK than I expected from DXCR.

I'm very curious what their next single is going to sound like now.

  19. Wakarimashita

I am so sorry to hear. Can you tell?
  20. Wakarimashita

Mine will take some time to get here, I'll gladly grab anything you guys can provide while I'll be waiting!
  21. Wakarimashita

Of all the band, Crystal Lake? I would've never thought lol That's a fucking banger, you guys
  22. Wakarimashita

Hard to tell. I'd go look for all the bands that played live with them, that might be a good guess. Or just wait 4 days and find out 😛
  23. Wakarimashita

    DAAAAAMN that's massive
  24. Wakarimashita

Ohhh yes, some dirty riffing at last. Menace sounds great!
