Anyone ordered from Deviloofs mailorder before? And how long it takes for their reply?
My shopping service messaged them a few days before the deadline for an order but there's still no reply

when i ordered via their mailorder it took them around 2 weeks to reply... and about a month until they shipped my towel to the shopping service...
so depending on when you ordered you eventually don't need to worry - they were kinda slow but at least i received what i wanted ~
