Wow man I love the new chariots. They have really improved so much. I've been scrobbling their discography for the past 3 days and what I've realized is that they have really overcame that Phantasmagoria sound that they couldn't seem to escape. Even though they have an original sound of their own in songs such as: bane, cold pray, and ablaze my sorrow (Just to name a few) which were some of their biggest hits, they seemed to always be dependent on that Phantasmagoria to stay afloat. But now I think they have finally managed to shake off that Phantasmagoria sound and really come to their as band. A thus far this has produced an amazing and original sound for them. I honestly love everything they've done so far.

  Are their post-revival releases worth checking out? I remember trying really really hard to like them in 2008~9 and it just wasn't happening for me. Riku without any artistic restraint can sometimes be a big mess.
