New SHIVA looks and sounds like alot of the darker and heavier vk bands I fucked with hard around the years of 2008-early 2010s, anyone else feel this way

my quest continues to finding out what SIgnal members are up to nowadays, and Shinya the guitarist performs live shows with 矢島舞依, but this is a solo project so im not sure if Shinya helps out in the studio or if its just a touring thing

 I'm not too sure what to say about this but if you miss Yuri's vocals from signal this seems to be some sort of project of his that ended sometime in 2016, the channel is also yuri's so anything else on here is bands and projects post signal disbandment

I know it's pretty common in this scene for people to basically disappear when a band disbands but would anyone happen to have any idea if these certain members tried to do anything else or if they're retired or any info really lol

just placed my order for May music. really small compared to previous months but combination of lack of music i wanna buy and also being broke causes this but still hella excited to peep Virge, Kebyo, and gulu gulu releases 

lowkey im actually super excited and happy about nocturnal bloodlust coming back this july but i am anxious af how they'll sound. iirc Cazqui basically composed everything so im not sure if their new guitarist or someone else can fill in those shoes.

does anyone have the editing skills to take that band photo kizu has for heisei look but to change the color scheme to look like what they had going on in the music video 

Super digging rshitei's newest single, all 3 tracks feel very solid and with plenty of variety 

tbh the only way i can imagine kizu becoming more appealing (at least to me) is if lime became competent at screams/harsh vocals but i also feel for that band its not necessary 

the gazette show was cool and fun from an experience perspective but it also made me realize that i dont really care for that much of their discog. hopefully diru makes a return someday or one of the newer generation of vk bands become big enough to tour here

Really loving this verxina album, so much energy and chaos and I'm absolutely in love with how filthy hiro's screams/harsh vocals are. Definitely a band I gotta prioritize seeing live whenever I go to japan
