This JILUKA cover EP is f'ing great. I love their stuff but was unsure about this EP when it was announced. Killer release.

I used to hope for a heavy Grimoire, but now I'm hoping for any Grimoire.

I got a last part of my university entry exams ahead of me tomorrow...fucking civics. With me being two years out of highschool and working full-time, I never had such a strong distaste for picking up my studying materials. I couldn't even get through the whole thing. The exam's sure gonna be fun 🙃 I got 'round 90% on my english exam, so here's to not fucking up extra hard, tomorrow.

I can't say I liked all of their musical output, but they've put out quite a number of absolute bangers. That motherfucker will be missed.

Seriously tho, it's a really solid pop album. It's what I expected, but feared of getting. Not one song on the album resonated with me the same way as any of their previous works. Their songwriting definitely hasn't lost it's edge, but...it just feels kinda soulless.

I gave quite a few spins to the majority of NAZARE's full length, and I gotta say, the potential is there, but the inexperience of anyone but Issei kinda shows. The album itself is nicely written and varied, but...although the guitarist has the (quasi)-technical department down, he lacks the ability to write any compelling solos, it's just "basic" guitar-wankery. The vocalist is good and the potential is there, but someone should really hit him over the head whenever he tries those highs and refuses to stay in his range, he ain't Sho or Akane. No complaints on the bassist, he's just there, quality rumble from down under. It's a fun record and I'm excited for what's next.
 
Let's just hope they are given the time to evolve, before someone fucks it up, and stop being just a poor man's D.I.D.

I'm still dearly waiting the day, when Akane amasses enough of those 7/11 ¥¥¥, so that he can make a full-blown come-back...

Also, he should follow Issei's model of acquiring some unknowns who don't yet know how much of a nightmare he is to work with.

Don't you guys find furi weird as shit? I can sorta understand that in bubblegum oshare and all, but when bands are dropping the most brutal shit on stage and fans are calmly waving their hands like conducting an orchestra frustrates the hell out of me

finally listened to THE THIRTEEN's new EP "URGE" and OMFG! like their previous mini the samples were good but nothing more. but yet again listenening to the full songs it just blew my mind cuz how amazing it is! 8D
 
also the song "アリア -Aria-" has quite a lot of german in it which was pretty cool and surprising.

Kuroyuri to Kage was and is my fav band,and still hard to believe that it's over...

This summer will be insane XD all these albums Gazette , Dimlim , Jiluka , Lynch , DAMY can't wait !!!
