tbh i can't give a good piece of advice cuz i have like shifting phases of when i really want to smoke a lot and when i almost don't smoke at all. wish i could help tho, abstinence must be tough...hope you'll overcome it eventually〜
It's been 1 month since I've completely stop smoking,and sometimes I really miss it (mainly in the morning,on rainy days and stressful days) . But quitting the alcohol is a lot harder than the nicotine for me.
