Well the thing is that being vk outside of Japan is nigh impossible not due to anyone's race or nothing, but simply because the scene exists solely in Japan and a lot of defining features of vk come from the extra-musical aspects of it. Larping vk online just makes you look like seremedy ie. losers playing linkin park in drag. There's definitely such a thing as a vk riff ( see also: early luna sea, kuroyume, ) but I've personally never heard any of these bands play such a thing. 

Yeah but that would be an actual valid point devoid of logical fallacies whether one agrees or not, which isn't what Hakuei did lmao. He just projected his facial features onto Japanese culture and said "This is why non-Japanese people can't be Vkei".
