    I wish it was easy to remove vocals from a song. There are so many songs I like the vocal track of, but don't care for the instrumentals and just wanna redo the instrumentals

      Essentially to do so youd need the program file before its converted into a audio format

      I believe Audacity has a built in vocal remover/isolator which has varying results, mess with the levels and some filters and you can get a decent vocal only/band only track.
