Didn't he get backlash just by saying he doesn't want to wear makeup anymore and wants to be seen as human? And vk stans suddenly started attacking him and the band?

    Pic or it didn’t happen.

Wth are you talking about? They are more known for their experimental side and creativity, but they are more appreciated outside the vk fandom because some got butthurt they or their friends got blocked in sns or they stopped adhering to the vk aesthetics and marketing or how they kicked out of the band the least talented but hottest member lol. I'm saying this because those that are not vk fans that discovered them can only say wow or how outstanding their songs are and were wishing they dropped the makeup because they are too talented for the gimmicks lol.

    Ok Let’s.

How the heck can they afford a rehearsal studio right now?And how can Retsu afford to go to nyc, if they don't have jobs, unless that tunecore money is flowing? Or Retsu is a rich kid who's been financing the band since they started out and how,as others alleged, he managed to kick Issei out of the band ,when Retsu is a nobody compared to D.I.D Issei.

Sugar Mamas, at least Retsu and Sho have a couple.

I like this band. It's just beyond salvageable at this point unless the members have a day job to finance it.

And as far as I've heard in Japan, they do not.

I can confirm Brazil is definitely not a sure stop in the girls Jmetal scene whenever they tour abroad, it's just Mexico in SA.

Jmetal girl bands are a different scene, we are talking VK/Male jrock here. Don't derail this to your convinience.

That's kinda weird because I was talking to some Brazilian fans in the girls Jmetal scene a couple of months ago and they said barely any Japanese bands go there and was surprised Dimlim will be playing  a show there. And they do try to get updated on any J band going there.

That is because barely any jrock bands are touring overseas these past few years. Whenever one DOES go abroad, Brazil is a sure stop.

@Duwang Just curious, what did the band look like during the lives?

Bored and liveless when I saw them at a 3man last November. No passion on stage.

They haven't sold out any overseas shows before MISC was released and they only sold out in Brazil,I believe in February, a month after MISC was released and the other shows were still selling well and they even got a new Mexico date after MISC was released.

Because believe it or not there are math rock fans and if Japanese math rock fans can't get Tricot or Sokoninaru to play in their country, Dimlim was close enough lol.

In Chile most people lost interest after Misc., I should know. They literally had less than 10 stans here and have like 3 left.

Three people who were hyped about the concert told me personally they aren’t going anymore and I know some of their friends aren’t going either 🤷🏻‍♀️

They had to cancel the first date in Mexico because they had sold less than 20 tickets, they rescheduled the second date to see if they would somehow sell more with the album release and they haven’t.

He's now slightly active on IG if anyone is interested lol

I don’t think anyone here is lol

btw, my two cents on the LatAm performances: they sold well because of Chedoara. I know of people who asked for a refund or resold the ticket once Misc. came out.

It was absolutely brilliant, everything I hoped for.

Didn't top Divine Error and The Purge is vocally just too strained to be enjoyable, but still, they've been killing it these last two years.

I agree The Purge sounds vocally strained, but it is an amazing track nevertheless.

Ignite is 100% a song to play live.

The whole album is consistent and definitely keeps the theme and atmosphere there at all times.

PD: I have a couple of copies available if anyone wants one after DL-ing it.

omg so like 2/3 of issei affiliated frontmen develop career-threatening mental issues?

dimlim might be a flop with no point in going on but good sis sho dodged a bullet. i hope mio finds help.

Now I wonder if Issei just finds them like that on purpose.

  12. The band issued the following statement:

Thank you for your continued support of NAZARE.

Since January of this year, Vo. Mio has requested to withdraw from the band due to family circumstances, and we have had discussions among the members many times.
And this time, it was diagnosed by a doctor that Vo. Mio had worsening symptoms such as bipolar disorder and hysterical episodes that have been presenting before.
We decided that it would be difficult to continue the band activities due to the two things overlapping, so we decided to wait for the NAZARE ONEMAN LIVE TOUR 2020 "NEMOPHILA" TOUR FINAL Shibuya WWWX performance on January 11, 2021 and stop activities.

To all the fans who support NAZARE: we deeply apologize for the very disappointing news to those concerned who have been supporting us on a daily basis.

Over 1.000 cheki!? Óô HOLY SHIT - i guess you are definitly unbeatable when it comes to cheki collection then!^^ Once i also was hardcore into collecting cheki but then i stopped cuz well rather buy one CD instead of 2-3 cheki. Therefore nowadays i only buy cheki directly when i went to a concert as some sort of remembrance which don't happen that often since i only travel to japan maybe all 3-5 years.

I buy at most important JLK lives, whenever they have special events or instores and now when they tweetcast. It’s what’s keeping them alive.

Also, a few gya have sold me their collections for basically nothing when they quit. I once got over 150 super old Sena cheki for $100 🤭

If I go to a live and they have Atari I also buy a lot. I may have gotten around 40 for Halloween and that got me 2-shots with everyone.

Probably 800 in my collection are JLK, the rest is D, Morrigan and VRZEL.

  14. Idk, Ignite doesn’t sound at all like their previous releases, the band is constantly evolving and this goes in the same direction as Elice and Last Faith. Sena did say last year that JILUKA was entering a “third stage” and this is the direction they are going to for now.

You guys complained endlessly about the change in direction back when Mephisto came out and the reviews for Metamorphose were filled with comments such as “repetitive”. This is different and you are complaining again?

If you want the band to keep redoing Twisted Pain, take a seat, you’ll get tired of waiting.

Ignite is not outstanding but it was never meant to be a single, it’s a live banger, was supposed to be released as such and according to the attendees of the last oneman, it’s fun live, which is ultimately what matters to both the band and the actual audience.
