Yes, Target sells a very limited K-pop selection prompted by BTS' surge in popularity here in the U.S. They have several other artists, but you usu. have to order them online. 

i think it's more of a local thing, so not every store has it. 

I ended up going back to a location that said it was in stock online. I asked employees they said they had them in stock but literally couldn't find them anywhere so I went to another target. They had 3 copies of R and one of O (which they let someone call and hold =___=) and it's all the store even got. They said they only supplied a small amount for the release day but would be sending more through out the month. So I was able to get R today. and since I'm new to Kpop in general I bought all the versions I could of Her.
