Probably not. Though the fact that the hair is basically full on Vkei, but there is no makeup makes it more "Half-assed-Kei" if anything lol. 

I'm more adamant to still call Phylia Vkei, because at least they have some makeup, sometimes lol

yeah I thought someone said they were leaving the scene and coming back as a regular rock band or something like that which is why they paused activities in the first place, maybe they think they will make it better as a regular band compared to under the v-kei franchise
