Still not my type. Sure, metal is not supposed to be limited to br00tal sound but hardcore chugs with whiny girls singing poppy tunes over it doesesn't appeal much to me. Plastic band.

This minus the edgyness. No matter how much you downtune your guitar, your riffs don't get any more interesting. Why even try what you can't pull off.

I just decided what to name my imaginary grindcore band.

I like sukekiyo's experimentations. While a handful of then do turn out weird, most of the songs are great atmospheric tracks. If I had to label one of the bands pointless, it'd be ReS, the band whose songs rarely took a step out of the tried and tested formulas. Though I get why ReS fans would call sukekiyo's music "pointless". By the way.

Arche is a lot more listener friendly than either of sukekiyo's releases tbh. And I can't seem to enjoy Wagakkiband anymore, save a select few songs. Just can't handle the poppy tunes.

Artists similar to sukekiyo. Artists similar to Morningrise era Opeth. Good goth rock groups with diabetes inducing female vocals. Origin or language doesn't matter. Thanks in advance.

I had almost taken it for granted A Messenger from Tomorrow would be chosen from Graveward. Surprise.

Never been able to enjoy that genre despite sister's efforts. Every single recommendation made me cringe. And the videos disgust me.

Couldn't agree more. Although, Scenes From Hell was for from a grower for me, just like In Somniphobia. Loved from the first listen. But the Gallows Gallery production never clicked with me. And as for some whining; the guitar solos in the new album's dangerously close to boring. I thought about checking Kadenzzza, but the guitar work in Graveward's making me rethink. Several times while listening to Graveward, I've found myself wondering how Gallows Gallery would have sounded with Mikannibal on vocals. Though I've gotten used to the flat vocals in it, still, amusing to let my imagination loose.

Graveward revived the SIGH love in me; going through their older albums again and again.

And Then There Were None by Agatha Christie Gonna resume Discworld series after I'm done. And maybe some Nabokov works in between.

I'd prefer disbandment over another GANGSTA, and if the hiatus is to take a break and get themselves on the right track, all the better.

I hate Kisaki only when he feeds his listeners bland crap. Memento-mori, for a recent example.
