道化て鴉 appears to have formed in August of 2019, and are from the Kyuushuu area of Japan. They just released their first music video "怖い譚" (Kowai Hanashi) a couple of days ago: Twitter Vocals: Takuya (twitter) Guitar: Rito (twitter) Bass: Raike (twitter) Support drums: Daru They will be playing at the Kyushu event "S.T.G PRESENTS 神世界創造 -白昼夢-" on October 15th, at Fukuoka INSA, along side Kizu, Lucifer, and Chicktak (The MV kind of sounds like 9goats, no?)

Yeah, when I saw them last year he was really struggling with those high screeches but otherwise good performance so no real compaints from me. But tbh, I wouldn't expect someone to be able to pull those off flawlessly every time. lol. But from what I can tell from their latest releases that Sho is stepping away a bit from all the grunting and screeching and focusing a lot more on actual singing so maybe he's already aware he's fucking his voice up so is trying to calm it down a bit. + On the topic of him being a Kyo clone, I don't really agree that he's a clone at all. Only thing that's really similar is he goes for the same kind of range, mixing up the gutturals, screams and clean singing, but that could be said for a lot of V Kei vocalists surely? Doesn't make them a clone of Kyo for using different vocal styles, I welcome it in fact, a vocalist who doesn't have any variation can be pretty monotonous and tiresome to listen to.

For some reason I now have 3 (THREE!!) followers on my vk playlist that I have told no one about, so in a sudden burst of confidence I'm just going to put a link to it here (mostly newer bands though)

I share your view, and perhaps am a little more militant with it. Allow me to explain... I almost always dislike the way people act when they're under the influence. They aren't being their natural selves because substances alter their most natural state of mind and body. You cannot truly connect with someone's heart when they are under the influence. There's also the fact that often times, alcohol and various drugs will destroy people from the inside. The severity varies of course, but I've known people with rotted teeth, destroyed skin, damaged hair, rotting fingernails, bad breath and a general stink caused by their substance abuse. This is just the external effects as well, nevermind the rotting of the brain and various organs. Heroin, meth, cocaine, alcohol, tobacco...it doesn't matter. It all has the same general effect in the end and I've spent my life watching my own parents rot away due to their addictions. Human strength is cultivated by our eternal struggles. We can only grow through self discipline, knowledge and willpower. I believe any problem can be worked through this way. I say this from the perspective of someone with severe depression, anxiety and agoraphobia. Sometimes things can be very difficult for me. But I've always managed to push through because I try to be disciplined. It is not as easy as sitting down with a needle or a bottle and forgetting about whatever my hardship is at that time. But in the end, I feel better off, and I learn how to deal with things for the future. So I don't believe that people need it to get through the ups and downs of life, as they won't truly resolve anything through substance abuse. To me, this is what makes a person weak. I have also known many people who say they cannot truly live without their vices. "I only like music when I'm high", "I'm only creative when I'm high", "I'm only social when I drink" etc. I think when someone reaches this stage, they've lost the ability to truly connect with things and accept/appreciate them as they are, most importantly themselves. If instead of working to heal their mental condition and to enjoy things simply, and instead lives a life where they are controlled by vices, they are living dishonestly and dishonorably. So I cannot respect them.

I really can't take La'veil Mizeria seriously, cause "mizeria" in Polish is like, chopped cucumbers with sour cream....

It all sounds the same to me its just as shallow as American pop music, I don't see a difference so I will never understand why K-Pop is as popular as it is. It has to have one of the worst fandom's I've ever seen though, I've never seen a music genre with a community as bad as K-Pop's. The only thing I can compare it to are video games like Undertale and FNAF (albeit Undertale was a decent game). K-Pop song: 음경 16 year old white girls: omg this is so deep i relate 2 this....

^ yeah, definitely have seen a lot of people go from v-kei to k-pop outside or v-kei, but still within the j-music scene, I've encountered those hardcore fans that follow a band around as they tour overseas. The ones that really bother me are the ones that purchase VIP for the front row and then livestream the performances for instagram numbers. also the fans who obsessively ship band members... lol this one time i thought i was just reading a really poorly written meet and greet experience but it turned out to be some slash fanfic -____-

The lives are always so good!!! Yuuki really is a good performer! i originally doen't like nanana as one of my fav until i heard it live. It is my favorite live song! it's so much nicer at the live than on mp3! oh damn!! ahhh ;__; One way to do it without owning a japanese credit card is to buy a japanese itunes gift card to create the account since it requires you to input a valid japanese payment method. But since it's gone now ahh... i'm not sure what other ways you can get it T_T I'm sorry!! I am actually very thankful for this post BECAUSE I didn't know Habaki was still doing music after Halienju and that his new band actually released SO MUCH MUSIC wow.

xD I was a late Lycaon fan so I was like desperate for their return and then yayyy they returned. I really dont have negative feelings on it because I am happy to hear Yuuki's voice again. As long as he's singing, i don't really care what since it's better than him not coming back at all! I think of it this way, Lycaon was always just one of their acts. Initial'L is like a whole new self/band itself and kind of like they just moved on to another stage of life. (Ok i make no sense whatever so anymore ;__; ) I do love Lycaon's music but at the same time I do not want Initial'L to be gone as well because they are sooooo real as humans, as their true self as a person now. If i see them as separate bands, like almost not related (other than same voice), I can't feel bad actually missing Lycaon's music. Initial'L is always coming up with new sound!!! Recently in the newest release, Yuuki tried to rap. I think he's not going to have rapping songs from now on but it was something that he wanted to try in this current new release. (I do like the lyrics of their sings because I think many of them are very positive driven!! even though I do listen to heavy vkei mainly, listening to InitialL balances the heaviness of those other bands in my fandom life) what are some of your fav songs of Initial'L? which digital singles are you looking for? and by the way, if you want to buy the cd copies of initial'L past releases, I have some extra copies I can sell for half the price~! (they are all new or only played once)

Just as a side note, I love the fact that crossover bands like dimlim and deviloof can play metal shows and have videos taken of their performances, and no one gives a shit.
