Joined this board to sell off my huge collection of J-Rock and Visual Kei CD's. I don't listen to the music anymore, but was a huge fan around 2003-2009. Hope that someone else will enjoy adding my stuff to their collection! I need the money to pay for tuition.

Haha this might be getting too personal but I think responsibility. My sister and I live together right now and she's going through a career transition. She's been at home a lot while looking for work (understandably) and I've been supporting her financially for a lot of things. I love the girl and, honestly, couldn't ask for a better roommate, but I guess I've been kind of stressed about it since I don't really have any alone time (I'm a huge introvert).

Just woke up from a weirdly vivid one. I went to a Dir En Grey gig with two friends. One of which was Kyo himself, who decided to get on the stage itself to take pictures/film the band to which we thought 'fair play, that's a great idea for close ups!'?! I never once actually saw the band but that didn't seem to register? So for most of the dream I was just looking at Kyo's back from far away as he filmed...nothing I guess? I don't think there was a crowd either XD The floor seemed to be covered in graves, two of which had rings resting on top of them along with a diagram (as apparently Kyo wore them for his current get up?). Interesting way to present merch I guess...? Just to point out, I genuinely don't have an obsession with Kyo. He was just weirdly prominent in this dream? The band then proceeded to play new stuff but I don't remember any of it. Probably because their last album was ass. They played the original version of Fukai though so I give the gig 11/10.

But I'll add that when friends have no respect for their friend's partner and cross the line several times without them seeing, the partner has every right to ask their significant other to cut back on that friendship/put some healthy distance for the sake of their relationship. Part of being a good partner is not allowing your friends to flirt with you or be disrespectful and make your partner uncomfortable.

A new camera. It didn't cost me much but the quality's pretty great, so that was a win-win. I just told the guy in the shop I wanted sth with a decent enough quality for pictures alone because I'm going to a convention on Saturday (my second one and I'm so excited~ ) and my iPod camera's a bit buggered because there's a mahoosive crack over the lens. Just tested it out and it's perfect. £28 well-spent!

I'd just like to chime in and say that is really interesting and actually makes a lot of sense. I say this because I've always been of the notion that dreams are just that and have little to no hidden meaning to them but you may be starting to convince me otherwise, in which case I'm buggered because my dreams are like Junji Ito and Noel Fielding co-wrote something together. I can't imagine what trouble that spells for me. 😕

When I started working with elementary school students (I'm not a teacher it was more about teaching them how to use a PC more than ten years ago because most teachers were rather old and had no clue of it but it had to be taught), being the middle of my 20s back then and 154 cm I really was afraid about being taken seriously. It worked but kids are different from adults I guess. At least my voice ain't high therefore it's pretty low in volume because I'm shy and an introvert and that doesn't help with talking to others and I have to prepare myself before to talk loud enough. It worked better with the kids back then and after them getting to me and the other way around things settled pretty fine (I can talk pretty loud when I feel comfortable). But talking in low volume doesn't help with people taking me as serious as they should now, too. And I guess being that short always just made people even think more I'm quite younger than I am.

Ahaha, wow, 151cm? I bet you're the tiny rage-fest kind of cute person? XD The only time it really bothers me, is in business matters. I have quite a responsible and high-up position, and me looking all of 15 doesn't make it easier to get people to take me seriously. But yeah, make up is your best friend when you need to look older. I remember a youtube tutorial by Lisa Eldridge on how to look older, for baby-faced people like us, a holy grail of knowledge!

I didn't even think about the benefits for the environment lol From my own experience, people will tend to finish their soft drink a lot faster at food joints if the lid is not on there. Not sure if it's because of the constant eye contact with the liquid and people want the level to decrease faster by drinking more so they don't have to take the cup with them after they're done, or other reasons I don't think about myself. Coffee is another thing I notice people will drink a lot faster with no lid too, probably for the same reasons above + the fact that it will get cold faster so there's a priority to drink the coffee before that happens.

Gundam SEED Destiny First 13 eps were good, then they completely dropped the ball by having so many recap eps, stock footage, flashbacks, and couldn't figure out who was the main character in the show.

Personal opinion, I think I do not like the new covers that Schwarz Stein is using. It's a bit sad 😢
