That analogy still implies that the original somehow disappears, which in this case it literally doesn't. The ONLY downside I can think of when it comes to these remakes is that it's most likely to be the version they'll be performing live from now on (although recent tours have shown they sometimes also play the older versions). Nobody's forcing you to listen to the new recordings' studio versions even once - you could just skip them and never check them out. It's not like Dynamite Tommy will barge into your living room and hold you at gunpoint 'til you do listen to them lol

Well they weren't. The Doll$ Apartment album stiffed when it came out. GS weren't that popular. I think it was immediately after Armmy left. But they have since become huge and that revived interest in the DB project. When they did a reunion show in February it sold out in minutes.

Day 11: AM1200 - 40 minute long short film by a man called David Prior, starring people like Eric Lange (Narcos), John Billingsley (Star Trek: Enterprise) and Ray Wise (Twin Peaks). If I didn't know any better I'd say this was a H.P. Lovecraft adaption, but in this is actually an original script. But I can say that's director-writer David Prior knows his Lovecraft and how Lovecraft build his tales. This is dark, cold and eerie as fuck, well-acted and superbly shot to create some immense atmosphere. A must-see for any fan of Lovecraftian horror. My only real complaint is some dodgy CGI, but it's just minimal. 8/10

On their last tour, Yuuki tried to teach us a para para, but the audience failed so spectacularly that he gave up after some time ;D so maybe next time we'll do better!

yeah, it certainly is a beautiful song. i think the sparklers serve as a metaphor for a person's life span; short and fleeting. and seeing the fireworks every year reminds him of human's mortality, including his friend.

I'm on the fence about having children. If I'm going to, I want to make sure I'm in a financially viable spot where I can afford to provide them with a decent life without having to work 90 hours a week or eat only Easy Mac for 18 years. I'm also worried they won't like me, they'll grow up to be entitled, or the world will change enough that it'll be more difficult for them to be children of gay parents. My boyfriend wants kids in the worst way. He's one of the gays that tries a lot to be acceptable by his family, which often means living like "a normal couple, but there's just two dudes!!!" Sometimes it rubs me the wrong way, but other times I feel like The Gays™ try way too hard to be counter culture and end up lonely anyway ( @ all of the exhibitionist poly relationships on tumblr). So, it's a moral balancing act for me.

Children make me repulsed. I legit feel a variation of being uncomfortable and disgusted just looking at a baby or little kid. I've been like this since I can remember. When I'm out and I see a parent with 5 pests about the same age being loud and ruining everyone's day I just think 'why the hell are you doing that to yourself and the world?' I don't find babies cute whatsoever, although that changed once my cousin had her baby and for some reason I found it cute and bearable. I honestly think if I had a baby I would have anger or depression issues towards it, I feel like it would be in danger. Despite that though, the side of me that would like to have children is purely just because I think my DNA shouldn't be wasted lol when I was younger I'd imagine which friends or guys from school would mix well with my DNA if we ever had a baby. Like that guy has nice curly hair or that guy is tall enough that our kid would be normal height, that guy has a nice build, intelligence etc. Of course I know having a baby for the sake of procreation isn't valid nowadays lol I also think that in the future I would regret not having a kid since I like big families. But right now me and my bf both gag at the thought of children and want to live life as freely as we can. Just imagining all the money and extra life span I'll get from remaining childless is pure bliss. So in summary... I despise children but maybe one day I'll be hit with some kind of motherly bullshit. I'll see what happens.

Interesting question. I've always wanted to be able to read and write Japanese but never really wanted to be Japanese. I am happy with my own ethnicity, even if I'm just a little, plain British girl hah. I've always wished to live in Japan though, or anywhere in Asian and not where I've always lived here. To be able to easily find and purchase their music, clothes and DVDs, go to concerts and events and look around the area makes me really jelly of everyone who lives there. But not exactly to be born Japanese, although, some TV series and movies have made me want to grow up there aha. : 3

Are there sites out there where you can trade with japanese people for rarez? I'm really confused and have been for about 7 years on how certain people get rare releases, and the voodoo vault guy had some rare releases but mostly just old jazz or blues japanese stuff.(Which btw anyone can get by going to any various japanese music site so not that rare just old like 60's old.) So anyway how do people get these rarez and more importantly why are only a few people able to? Friends, connections, moving to japan? Is that the only option to get rarez and why is it from time to time no information can even be found about bands (ex. Sugahara kouta since1889) like his band before usagi appearently that band had at least one release but only one person has it. Now for my last question; if you have these releases and no one else can get them and you can buy them yourself because you don't know where to get them then why not just share, I always do even though I've only got my hands on a handful of rarez.
