When you look back at the time you have spent here, no matter how long it has been, what is the album that has defines Monochrome Heaven for YOU? It can be the album you feel encompasses the mood of the forum, the album that meant the most to you during your time visiting here, that rare album that you finally found, or any other possible reason. Make sure you explain why it is as well! For me, that album HAS to be D'espairsRay's Coll:set. The dark and edgy mood mixed with excellent song writing was just what teen Ito craved and was looking for more off when he was setting up the the forum. I mean, if it wasn't obvious, just look at the forum's original name - Tainted World. Gee, I wonder where we came up with that idea from...

@YukimotoThis might as well be a Zillapark revival, sounds exactly like them I was a huge Zilla fan so im liking this the 2nd song sounds pretty good. Hopefully this band last longer or at least has a decent run

The GazettE - DIM I've been enamored with too many albums to name during my time on MH, but strictly speaking in terms of VK, I'd say "DIM" had the greatest impact on me. I joined MH in 2008, so by that time, most of my favorite VK albums were behind me (D'espa's "coll:Set", and Renter en soi's "sphire croid"), and I was beginning to delve much deeper into J-indies. I hadn't listened to The GazettE since the "filth in the beauty" single and completely skipped over SR, so I curiously checked up on Ruki & co. via the "LEECH" single and was completely sold. Pretty much all of the singles leading up to the album grabbed my attention in a major way. I loved what the band was doing both musically and aesthetically (the PVs were gorgeous for their time), and when the album finally dropped I was blown away! I think that may have been the last time that I was so incredibly hyped over a VK album, and to have it fully deliver too! Good times~

So today I learned me and my friend are mentally ill, as diagnosed by a girl, who goes to complain to my friends mom about said friend. Btw, me, my friend and that girl are all in our twenties. People are funny.

I enjoy listening to some Marina and the Diamonds when I'm on my pop mood. I also happen to spin Lana Del Rey (still have to check out Lust for Life though, there's been a lot of hype around it). And I hardly listen anything else than what I've mentioned. EDIT: Lust for Life is ok.

I hate that every time I watch a very dramatic show, I jump to the notebook and begin writing music. It's like I emotionally cannot deal unless I write something. Whether it's poetry, a song, or through drawing. I have to express myself in an artistic manner or I just freak the f*** out. I wouldn't hate it as much if I wrote or drew something worth while, but it's more miss than hit.

I've loved everything they've released so far but this one might actually be my new favourite. I love how they aren't just repackaging Hunger/The Dead Sea over and over, too, and they actually have a bit of variation in their music. After the first song in the campaign I was kinda concerned that's the route they'd take, which wouldn't have been too big an issue since I liked it but it's nice to have variety. Also, the wonky English is growing on me, I actually found it more charming than anything else with this one. Seriously loving this band so far.
