A few predictions. THE NOVEMBERS will release either a new single or an EP. I don't think they'll be quiet, whatever the case. 八十八ヶ所巡礼 will drop an actual full-length album to make up for leaving us musicless in 2016. cinema staff will release SOMETHING. these guys have been putting out music like crazy. 凛として時雨 hopefully put out something redeeming. maybe a new single? ....or 凛として時雨 return just to disappoint us again. TK makes another anime theme. This time, his most annoying yet! siraph will drop another amazing EP. another new lynch. album [2] downy goes back into hiding for another 3 years. like srsly?! today i finally got my copy of their CD so i listened to it and from what i read here i had such mixed thoughts on whats gonna collapse upon me now... but holy shit that song was sick! great growls and i really have no idea why you all think the vocalits singing is that bad!?! like wtf!? imo his singing was perfectly well! Óô ~ definitely hope they won't let us wait to long for some new release cuz i am sooo looking forward to hear more from thos guys! 8D

Okay, I've gathered my thoughts about the new song. It's roughly five minutes long, It features an electronic and piano intro which leads into a heavy rhythmic strumming section which then gives way to another softer section which utilizes strong echo effects on the guitar. Kyo starts singing the verse. It's clean singing throughout the whole song. It builds up pretty fast into a powerful chorus which strikes decisively positive tone (musically) while Kyo sings away in the expected falsetto style. Back to the verse. leads into a piano section with Kyo singing (again) gentle falsetto. Then a short drum fill which leads into the chorus again. Kyo strained at some shows to reach the high notes while it was utterly effortless at some other. The piano reappears during the end of the chorus which leads into a short piano interlude which then launches back into the heavy rhythmic strumming from the intro and ends the song. I wouldn't say it's anything akin to Jessica or things like that, and while it has a hopeful tinge to it, it doesn't really have the upbeat feel of a track like that. It's a much more mature effort and I would liken it more to a ballad in the vein of LOTUS for example than anything else.

i'm kinda late on all of these but that kashiwa daisuke track is very beautiful~! <33 i never really went through any of his stuff, despite seeing his name around a lot. it seems like i'll have to do that now! wouldn't say tgads' new mini is their best either, or lined up with their other stuff, but it's not bad. my favorites are after the addle apple and elephant in the room. i haven't been keeping up with keel so i'll need to check out that album too~ their first release didn't leave me much of an impression tbh (haven't checked out the 2nd mini yet either), but maybe i'll find something i like in this one.

The album you are referring to is just a 2nd press of SM, but they're also releasing another collection called SM #2 (see tracklist in the original post) that contains every single since SM. I don't see why they should add everything to SM, but even if they did, it would be much more expensive. So if someone wants all their singles, they can just buy both collections instead.
