Lately as im checking the site , looking at active and inactive members , the times a file gets downloaded and how many posts/likes there are i starting to see that the forum is starting to turn in to a leecher base . There is so many users that registered over half a year ago , that check almost each post frequently but have 0 posts . Most of sites that have downloads have some regulations , like having at least 10 posts or more to get to the download section , or virtual money where you can buy downloads . I think it might be worth to at least think that idea through as MH EXCLUSIVE was abandoned and some ppl like me who work hard as hell and can afford only 1-2 albums every 2 months , dont want their uploads being stole and reposted on some stupid crappy blog of some ungrateful kiddo . A quick example , one of my recent posted albums Salty Dog - Goodnight, Cruel World EP , was already downloaded 289 times , HOW? , the number of views is a little over 50 and it was posted yesterday . I already found it reposted on 2 crappy blogs without my premission , without any credits to me or at least this forum . I know that bloacking off users who only leech from this site will not stop this from happening , but it will be on lower scale . For now i will see what other users and the forums admins and mods think about this and what do they have in mind , but for now im not gonna upload new stuff from myself cause i dont want my uploads to roam freely around the web and than losing my account on a sharing site cause of high traffic on a file (100000 downloads in 1 day when i posted only on 1 site and there only 5 ppl climed to download the file) . Quick example of a person who only leech . GustaveXII - registered almost 4 years ago , only 1 post , i see him online every 2-3 days .

This is an age old problem and has always been the case here. There's really nothing to do, if we implement a post requirement the lurkers and leechers would just spam to acquire the "golden ticket" and then go back into the shadows... thus i would rather not do that. At the end of the day you upload with the knowledge that shit like this is gonna happen no matter what. Either upload or not it's your decision, shit getting re-posted at crappy blog sites without permission or credit is gonna happen no matter what even if we did try to put something into action. At the end of the day you have to ask yourself a question; Do I upload for the gratitude and self-serving feeling I receive from the act of uploading music or do I upload to spread the love and joys of music regardless of how much "thanks" or "credit" i get in return. For me it's the latter. I don't give a rat's ass about "thanks" or "credit" if people want to re-post my shit, then you know what? I say let them.. What do I care? In fact that makes me happy that in the end more people will be able to listen to the music I think is wonderful. If your opinion aligns with the former then you should probably just go ahead and hang it up because you will never get the "thanks" or "credit" that you want, and your stuff will inevitably always be re-posted without even a smidgen of credit. I however do agree with you on the whole re-posting links ordeal, that shit needs to die. If somebody has the gall to re-post your stuff without credit they should at least re-upload to a different file server instead of hot linking the same link.. not just because that's totally dis-respectful to the original uploader who's account is likely to be shutdown but also the fact that they are not helping the internet out at all by doing so. I mean what happens when that 's the only link for that album on the entire web? and then said link gets taken down... It's gone forever until somebody else comes around and rips/uploads the album again, that shit is not productive and overall hurts us more than it helps us.

Hey guys, What songs either mean something to you, or bring memories and feelings up to the surface whenever you listen to them? Some for me to get the ball rolling: BUCK TICK - Dress Always a song that feels deep and hopeless, reminds me of sad times. Gackt - Secret Garden The song that originally made me a huge fan. It resonated with me, and even now when I listen to it, it seems so true. Alice-Nine - Cradle to Alpha I listened to this track and the album it was on non-stop a short while after it came out. Listening to this reminds me of how distant the me I want to be is, and how hard I have to work to get there, and live out the life I truly want to. TM Revolution - Tomorrow Meets Resistance (U:C2 Ver.) I remember listening to this while waiting out under the hot sun to meet some dumb girl. Good times, listening to this reminds me of that and cheers me up. Abingdon Boys - (The Entire First Album) This album seemed so fresh, and so real to me. Still to this day, it seems like the feelings expressed on it are completely bare and true, nothing is hidden. Please share some of yours!

In all honesty, probably not. You might enjoy SHADOWPLAY and perhaps one or two catchier poppy songs, but I don't think there's anything for you on Supernova.

unfortunately it doesn't sound like the last 2 Called≠Plan singles at all but after a few listens to getting used to the "new" sound i must say i really like it! yuuto is just one of the best current vocalists out there.

It's one of the songs I'd call "magical"... The atmosphere is so soothing. Yeah when CROSS came out I was feeling pretty sad and depressed too and I always played that song while I was crying like a little baby (and sometimes smoking too) XD That track was also the reason I started to like them. Though I'm not at all familiar with their newer releases, I've heard just a few and didn't really like them. For me they lost their ~*magic*~ pretty quickly.

Gekka no Yasoukyoku by Malice Mizer It makes me think of when I first got into them and started worshipping Lolita and Mana XD oh god that short phase....

This is an amazingly hard topic for me since I really don't like to share my dearest songs with anyone else. It's not like the songs I consider to be the most personal aren't liked by others too - because naturally they are. I feel that if anyone close to me criticizes these songs I'd probably just feel pretty devastated. While listening to these songs I've cried a lot. Red Nights [a.k.a. long-ass French title] - Thanks to Bear for mentioning this gem a while back, only now had time to properly watch it. Even though it turned out that the subtitles were a bit fucked up (weird grammar and lots of stuff missing in the middle to last portion), it was a highly entertaining experience. Excellent visuals and atmosphere (giallo influences showing from a mile away!), and the characters were cool too - gotta luv Carrie Ng, she was so perfect as the evil sadistic lady~

There are tons of songs that I love and probably can't live without, but for the purposes of this I'm just gonna list 5 songs that I still have trouble listening to without losing it. BLACK CAT - MAY Clavier - Love Story (I cried the first time I heard this song) DELUHI - 星の無い夜に Kagrra, - 雫 SINCREA - RED As you can tell, all these bands have disbanded. Among them, 2 vocalists out of 5 are still around doing music that would never ever be the same for me, another 2 have vanished/retired from the scene, and the last one has passed away. Edit: I just saw Kles' list and I'm surprised... both フライト (ALSDEAD) and 紫苑 (2nd Dyz) mean a great deal to me as well.

You have these young boys running around in shit-fucking-tiny bands playing terrible copycat music in the no-internet Stone Age wasteland of 1993... My point is: they probably just copied each others' band names/titles/cool phrases, and were so small that no one cared. As for those DTs not being online, IMO KISAKI is the only one who owns those tapes anymore because he's the only person on the planet who cared enough to save them. Any girl who was into 1993's LAYBIAL got married and threw that shit out before VK even reached the internet, you know? And KISAKI probably doesn't share them because they're embarrassing/he doesn't have the rights. Also: I own a Levia tape and have seen others, so that definitely ends the theory. --- That being said, no clue if the songs themselves were copies of those other bands! Would only know if I had rips of all the tapes to compare. So you can still form conspiracy theories about that ! --- It was worth buying from there, 'cause the MP3s were from original masters. LUNA SEA · THE ONE -crash to create- Everytime I listen to this, I always imagine a story about the rise and fall of success and then rebirth. It also feels like a time lapse of an entire day accompanied by beautiful landscapes.

I also dislike how easy people assume someone is homosexual. "He walks like that" meaning he's gay. As well as wearing jewelry etc etc etc. I'd say I'm kind of a feminin guy (based on clothing and shit) because I love shopping clothes, jewelry, accessories etc. I love to wear tight clothes, as well as shit loads of jewelry (rings, necklaces, braclets etc).
